At Balanced Roots Pelvic Health & Wellness, we are an out-of-network provider, which means services are self-pay. Because of this, we provide transparent pricing and can offer a Good Faith Estimate prior to the start of care.
A Good Faith Estimate includes:
• the expected cost of your evaluation and follow-up sessions
• an overview of your anticipated plan of care
• any additional recommended services based on your individual needs
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling your first appointment or at any time during your care.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
