Kimberly Styche is the founder of Balanced Roots Pelvic Health & Wellness, where she provides compassionate pelvic floor occupational therapy for women and children in Granite Falls and surrounding North Carolina communities.

Kimberly is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel confident in their daily lives. She created Balanced Roots to provide a safe and supportive space where pelvic health concerns can be addressed openly and without shame.

Her approach combines pelvic floor therapy, nervous system regulation, and functional movement strategies to support long-term healing and improved quality of life.
